Our story

How Violin & String Studio began

Violin & String Studio began 15 years ago, when Khun Kwanchai's daughter wanted to learn the violin but her first instrument was not of suitable quality. That experience led him to study the craft seriously in Romania and China before returning to Chiang Mai to make, repair and adjust string instruments.
